Sulbutiamine was developed in Japan as a more efficient version of vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is an essential nootropic vitamin and this mimics the effects of Thiamine at a more basic level. Sulbutiamine is more efficient than thiamine at crossing the blood brain barrier and therefore much stronger in terms of effects. It brings its own set of unique properties and can be used alone or stacked with other nootropics.
