It seems to distance and close focus quite well. It has good clarity. I once had a Simmons and this is similar. To simplify it I would say this is what is traditionally called an 8 X power item. That is it's size also. !0 X is somewhat bigger and beefier. I am putting as much effort as possible into the review, because I always appreciate them, and rely on them for informed. This is my first review.

Ok look it's definitely not awesome or high dollar. But for less then $10 they are pretty decent. Very small, definitely pocket sized. A little distortion around the edges but agin <$10. Not so cheap they will fall apart, also not going to survive rough use. For the price pretty good. Better then I expected. Definitely not a toy, definitely not replacing my hunting glass. For kids or something to throw in the glove box, acceptable. Hard to use with glasses though, very little eye relief.

The quality was not that good as far as vision, the focus was minimum it could've had better range.

It will not come into focus at any distance. Don’t waste your money.

Small lite weight good clarity.

Purchase two of these not impressed with the quality. Not very good optics. I purchase these for watching the birds in my backyard. I would not recommend them. They might be good for kids to mess around with.

Lightweight, easy to handle, and the perfect amount of zoom for a quick look across a canyon or up the trail. Very clear optic with a the ability to dial in the focus and a semi-rugged sheath for storage. It does exactly what it's meant to do.Extremely happy with the purchase!
