I’ve been using this propolis and sage spray for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. Great product but I can't understand why this is so expensive. Propolis is just a normal part of the hive and any beekeeper can just extract it same as honey. In many parts of Europe this is just a standard everyday item. £15 for such a tiny amount is crazy. In UK though obviously people dont really use or know about it anymore so these prices are just huge.

This is all I use when my child gets sick. Twice a day. I use more than the recommended dosage but that is up to each parent to decide. The only way to take it is with orange juice as it hides the taste and ur little one will love it.

£15.99 for mostly water in a tiny spray bottle?Save your money and get their honey jar with propolis instead. Bit more expensive but you can taste the propolis and therefore know that you are paying for the propolis that you wantedSo disappointed in the quality and price of this product. Propolis is very potent and has a distinct flavour that is strong.This is very, very, VERY watered down. It should not be called propolis extract.I have bought many propolis sprays before but was looking for one with an organic label.This is just water with the tiniest drop of propolis… like dipping a tea bag in cold water and saying “here is your tea”.

I bought this, hoping it would be the concentrated product that I first bought in Brazil, the dosage for which was a few drops on the tongue. That tasted vile, so it must’ve done some good! However, this product is water-based and the dosage is half a teaspoon, so it’ll quickly be used up. As for efficacy, who can say? I’ve been using it for ten days and my sore throat persists. Who knows, it may have been worse if I hadn’t used the product, and it might’ve fought off the virus if I’d started taking it a month ago.
