You get what you pay for.Honestly, one of the best pre-works I have ever tried. Trust me, it is worth the price. You take one scope instead of two and you will instantly start to feel your body tingle. The taste has improved a LOT and actually tastes good now (even my girlfriend liked the flavour).I initially started using this to help me cut as I would instantly start sweating before my gym session. It has been a game changer in increasing my performance and energy levels for training and helped me push through my 1.5hr gym sessions.It’s what you need for those days when you need that extra something to push through. Highly recommend the frozen raspberry popsicle!

I bought this product a while ago and wanted to wait before reviewing so that I could give an honest review.I absolutely love it!! It gives you an extra edge and focus while working out, the aches I feel while exercising which normally slow me down are non existant and I definitely feel like it's improved my stamina. Also I absolutely love the flavour its not too weak and its not too strong but also a little sour so it gives you a nice little kick.While looking for a pre-workout I read quite a lot of negative reviews about the products leading to stomach issues which worried me because I have a sensitive stomach but turns out I had nothing to worry about with this pre-workout because there are no ill effects and no crash afterwards, I'm able to happily go about my day still feeling energised.This is now my go to product for every workout.

Unlike many other high stim pre workouts I have tried, it doesn’t really give a sudden kick with the tingly skin etc, it’s more of a feeling that you can keep doing set after set, which i must say is a much nicer feeling. Even after going to failure and getting up, i think i can do the ser all over again even if the muscle feels sore.

The product itself is amazing, it genuinely hits well and with the other added supplements like creatine and beta alanine it's one of the best all in ones, but the taste is HORRENDOUS, it makes me wanna throw up majority of my session due to it tasting sort of like "wee".

I can smell the powder, but once dissolved there is no taste at all, on the contrary - I got a bitter strange taste.

I love this pre workout I would deffo recommend this for anyone wanted a good kick in the gym. I took one scoop and got a bit of tingling in the hands and face and was focused in the gym and kept me going. There was no crash whatsoever ever or tiredness and didn't feel any sickness compared to some other pre workouts I've tried. I'll be taking this pre workout daily in the gym.

Good daily driver pre-workout, has a nice taste, good value for money and nice packaging. Would definitely recommend this for beginners to pre-workout or people looking for a new daily driver as it doesn’t have a ridiculous amount of caffeine like some other products

The smell is kind of Apple and Raspberry candy but as soon as you mix it in and have it it does not smell or taste nice at all.With that being said it does the job gives the rush the buzz and the pump but than again so does C4 while tasting better and the boost lasting longer.If you can choose between this and C4 pay more get yourself some C4.
