No Razor Head, Therefore Unusable
My trimmer arrived today. And to my surprise, it contained no razor head. Just the outer case, battery, and mini-brush. The photo shows a razor head (the gold part on the top), so I was expecting a complete ready-to-use unit, not something that I have to go spend another $11+ to have a working item. Will try to reach the seller to see what gives...2/12/18 Two weeks later, after corresponding with the seller and sending a photo of the product with its missing razor head (at the seller's request), there has been no resolution, or even discussion of a resolution. Am being left high and dry. The only way to get this unit to work is to purchase a razor head separately. Not cool.

Ultimate Disappointment
I really liked the way this got rid of unwanted facial hair but it kept turning off while I was using it, eventually it just wouldn't turn on again and I only had it a month- so disappointed.
