Be careful — you might not get the rubber tip now offered!
I bought this insulated cup after doing A LOT of research about the various different types of cup online. This one got the most favorable reviews so, despite the price, I decided to give it a try. I have been using a stainless steel, double insulated water bottle up until now but I wanted a cup for a variety of reasons: 1. Ease in adding ice cubes; 2. The option of using hot or cold drinks and not having to use a funnel to fill it; 3. The ability to be able to see where I’m at when filling it and not always winding up with a puddle on the floor. The Healthy Human tumbler has met most of my expectations, however, I would make the following suggestions to improve the design and functionality:1. Add a sliding mechanism over the opening so that if you are transporting the tumbler to your car or anywhere else, there is some degree of protection against the contents spilling out. This might also add to the tumbler’s ability to keep the contents cold/hot for a longer period of time. I noticed that my water bottle which has an insulated cap, will keep a drink with ice cubes at the same temperature for over 24 hours!2. Add a spot specifically for the straw so it doesn’t have to get put in the opening you sip from. That opening is much too big for a straw and with the tumbler and the straw being stainless steel, it becomes annoying listening to the clanking every time you move the tumbler. Perhaps just the addition of a slider to cover the opening you sip from would do the trick since you could properly just push the slider right against the straw, thus preventing it from moving.3. Add a “grippy” type rubber around the tumbler so when you pick it up, it will be less likely to slip out of your hands. I got the 32 oz tumbler and when it is full, it’s pretty heavy. Add to that problems I have holding things due to Fibromyalgia, and this tumbler becomes a challenge to just take a drink from.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I think though that I like the look of the tumbler more than I like the way it functions. 😂 I love the blue and green swirl effect and it reminds me of the ocean, which makes me smile. I expected it to keep drinks colder based upon the reviews. I can fill it with a cold drink, add a lot of ice, and within 4 hours the ice has melted and the drink is just cool. I haven’t tried anything hot in it yet, so I will have to update this once I do.I think this is a pretty decent insulated tumbler despite the high price. The above review was actually for my 1st tumbler that I purchased a few months ago, but never got around to posting. Since then, I purchased the same exact product only in a different color. This was for my husband as he is always stealing my tumbler. When he opened it, he was pretty disappointed to find that the rubber tip for the metal straw wasn’t there. I contacted Healthy Humans thinking this was a mistake. I was told that the rubber tip was only recently added and the design I chose for my husband was an older design so it came from their older stock. They told me that I could easily find the tip online and buy it. I responded by saying that I shouldn’t have to buy a tip, that this should have been added to this tumbler since it is now offered. Just because it’s an older design shouldn’t prevent me from getting something that is now offered with the identical product. After I mentioned that if I had to purchase a tip that should have been included, I would be letting everyone know about this in my review, then they sent me a message saying that they would look for a tip online and send it to me. I am awaiting the tip.All in all, it is a nice tumbler, my husband is thrilled with it. However, the customer service needs to be revamped. I shouldn’t have to resort to “threats” to get something that should have been included.

Great Cup
I could have gone to the getting place and purchased a cheaper insulated cup, but never better. It keeps my drink cold all day long. A great cup.

Having the brush really helps
I use this product for work, because I work around a lot of technology, and I don’t want spills. This has helped me do just that. I haven’t had any problems with leaking, and it is very easy to hold.

Great quality but hate the tops
We are about to go full-time traveling in an RV and we bought these for everyone in the house. They keep the temperature of what you're drinking for a long time and they're easy to clean. My only gripe is the tops are annoying to drink out of and I end up just taking the lid off to drink. The mouth hole makes it so you can't chug the water. It comes out too slow and I don't like using straws so it's a bit annoying.

Love this insulated tumbler!
I use this for my frozen coffee drink, (think coffee in slurpee form, it's a frozen latte with espresso shots either floating on top, or my preferred way: stirred in), that I get at my local coffeehouse. They already taste better and cost less than Starbucks, but when I bring this tumbler in, they even charge me a bit less than normal, too!I actually drank it slower than normal the other day, and the tumbler kept it literally so cold that it froze in the metal straw! lol Only because I hadn't drank from it or stirred it in awhile. So I'd pull the straw out and suck on the other end a moment, carefully so my lips didn't freeze, and then it'd thaw enough to suck it free. But this meant my favorite drink, second to water, didn't go to waste by melting before I wanted to finish it. Which I know I will REALLY love next summer when we hit the upper 90s-100s again.I also really like the rubbery grip to it. It feels nice and it doesn't feel like it's going to slip out of your hand.I purchased four, 32oz tumblers in pink and blue, two each color. Some of the colors I wanted were sold out. I plan to purchase more colors when they're available.I was hoping for a nice, rich purple. Also, a metallic rainbow to match some of my metal straws, or holographic one would be incredible! I would buy enough for a week of holographic ones and just stare at the rainbow effects! LOL 😁 I truly hope you do this!I think it would be nice to have two lid options, the one it currently has (I do like the fact the lid is clear, please do NOT change that!), then one with a straw opening instead of the current slot. It really isn't a hassle, but just a thought for future options.I will try hot coffee in them eventually. I have every confidence in the insulating factor, though! And I did mainly purchase them for my frozen espresso floats.Thank you for the great tumblers! Once again, I love them!💜

Personal refrigerator for your drink!
This thing is awesome! I use it for everything but primarily smoothies!!! I've literally left strawberry/banana/whey smoothies in it for 2 days and it stays frozen and I go right back to drinking it. I even take it in the hot tub after workouts and it stays cold! Know what's not cold though? My hands! The vacuum chamber design is great! The surface finish of the whole cup is really nice! I bought the copper tone and the color is very nice and seems very durable thus far. The lip of the cup is stainless steel and disperses heat nicely across the rim. I've never been burned when drinking anything hot bare from the cup.The stainless steel straw is the next best part! It's extremely well crafted. It's definitely rolled and welded, not extruded. Thus the very nice polished surface finish. Also evidenced by the visible seam if you look down the straw. Both ends are tapered for a very nice mouth feel. It is steel, so it does conduct heat very well, so take that into consideration if you drink your coffee through a straw. It does include a rather nice pipe cleaner that works great on the straw to get those stuck fruit bits. The lid is of good quality and the whole product is easy to clean but it's definitely not spillproof. The seal is fine and the drinking hole is the right size. I just wish it had a silicone plug included or something.

Big Blue Brilliance
Bought this to help keep my wife hydrated while she is at home on maternity leave breastfeeding our baby girl. It's perfect... does what it says on the tin. It keeps cold drinks cold all day, or until they run out and need to be refilled. The metal straw takes a little getting used to, but saves on the plastic and is easier than trying to sip from the mouth piece. The bright colour makes it easy to see no matter where you take it. I would recommend this or its baby brother to anyone looking to stay hydrated and refreshed.

Meh...
Driving in the car with it is a nightmare. The liquid slops out of the opening easily. You also can’t put it in the dishwasher which is a pain. Doesn’t hold heat very well. But it looks nice and seems good quality. Not worth the price tag though.

Great mug, useless lid.
I love this mug, and I am going to give it five stars, even though the lid is useless for anything hot. Luckily, if you search on Amazon, you can find a perfectly good 32oz replacement lid from Healthy Human for about five bucks which makes it a great and leakproof mug that keeps warm things warm (my review on the replacement lid complains about the placement of the straw hole and noses... But well, it works anyway).I love the colour of this one too! You don't lose it in grass or on things, it's the perfect colour to stand out from any other background.Excellent mug, bad lid, order the other lid when you buy this. Please give me a helpful vote if you find this review useful.

The lid leaks all the heat!
I wanted to love this tumbler, and surely the body has everything I wanted: stainless steel construction, fits in the cup-holder, and has a nice design... BUT the lid doesn't close - like the opening for the mouth is HUGE to accomodate the straw... but the opening is really big, promoting spillage, and it lets all the heat escape. The stein has different lids to choose from, but the tumbler lid is a huge fail for me. For a 32 oz. tumbler, the heat escaped before I could finish my coffee. Very sad, wanted to love it, tried to love it, but between the spillage out the top, and the heat escaping, this tumbler failed... which is interesting because they product design seems to focus on so many consumer "wants" - yes, that's cool that this is paleo certified, but it's still letting the heat escape!

I bought 2-20oz tumblers and was happy with it, it kept the hot drinks warm for a long time and was surprised and decided to try a bigger one a 32oz. it did the same trick and was pleased with this purchase, i like my hot tea and lots of it and this has given me ample pleasure sipping the hot drinks. never been happier.
