UpdatingMy rating for product quality. Had a very bad installation experience.Delivery was fast. Within 2 days. Awsome I was excited. But then the real issue started.I didn't expect this from a brand as big as wakefit...!!!!Installation was supposed to be done within 72 hrs. But no one reached out to me even after 4days. So I called there customer support. 0 help from them. Totally insensitive of the customer's issues. All they say when ever I call is another 72 hrs. And no resolution of my issue from there support team even after multiple followups. Every time all they will say is TAT IS 72 HRS, give us another additional 72 hrs, the new TAT is 48 hrs. That's it...! They don't care... they r just there simply sitting and wasting time of customer. Anyways finally after me staying at home believing they will come for installation for over a week, they finally decided to come on the next weekend when I had to go somewhere and that too on a 1hr notice. I literally had to cancel my travel plans cuz getting there carpenter to come for installation felt like God is coming to my house.Luckily on my product there was no defect or missing items issue as mentioned in many of the other reviews nor were there any alignment issues. I won't comment on the product quality yet as I hav just bought it. But 1 thing it's not 1 long single teak wood bed.... It's made of smaller pieces pasted together. The overall finish seems good as of now. The ply and the board needs to be a bit more thicker.Also On the display page there is lot of incorrect information. For eg: warranty is only 1 year but they hav mentioned it here as 3years.Update: got a follow up call from wakefit after seeing this review. They tried to understand what issue I faced in detail and assured me it won't happen in the future (to be verified)

The product is good and a perfect value for money deal. The packaging and delivery was quick and without any hassle. The company carpenters fitted and fixed the bed in like 20-35 minutes and they were polite. There was nothing to be done just stand and watch right from off loading the product to fixing the product. Even after the product was fixed a call made to enquire if the delivery and fitting was complete without any complaints speaks of the commitment towards customer service. Great job Amazon and wakefit.

Looks awesome and quality product. Delivered well before the promised date, installation done on next day. Though little scratches were there, immediate replay also received in 7 days. No need to follow up. Wakefit done their work quiet impressively. Now fully satisfied with the product. Go for it.

I had purchased same bed earlier around 3 years back which was quite strong, well built and of good quality. But now they have lowered the quality of the bed as per below details.Thickness of wood has been reduced considerably.Bed panels were strengthened from all four sides with thick wood but now bed panels are plain with low thickness.In Storage board panels are simply kept on ground instead keeping them above the ground on insides walls of bed. Due to this dust and insects can easily enter the storage. Very poor quality product

LikeSturdy product and quality.Best for the price.General observationIt is not a single solid sheesham frame, but large cubicle blocks of wood plastered together. But the finishing is flawless and does not give a bad impression.The gap between the headboard and the horizontal bed is a little more the required. So 8f you have thin pillows, it can slip through the gaps. Or if you are in the habit of keeping your mobile or keys or glasses near to the head while sleeping there are high chances it can slip through the gap. Dangerously if you have a small baby, they can squeeze themselve into the gap.The only way you can solve this by having a more than 6 inch mattress that can cover the gapDislikeVery horrible delivery service. Very much possible the product can get damaged in the transit. And if it is damaged you are in for one hell of ride.it takes equal amount of time to replace a new product. Customer service seems disconnected and not coordinated. The delivery folks will not deliver at your door step if you are staying on 2nd or higher floors( if floor is not mentioned earlier). I had to carry the entire furniture all the way up. On the top of it they don take back the damaged product so probably you will have to stuff it your home or use it for something.
