The product is sturdy and good but what impressed me more was the customer service. I lost the drain plug (small part which is used to stop water from flowing out) of the tub and was thinking of ways to get that because it was a small but valuable part and its really hard to get spare parts in the times of e-commerce. Without hope, I contacted LuvLap. A customer service rep Mr Saurav Sau was assigned and he quickly asked a photo post which he sent the part, without any charges through courier. Really impressed by the quality of service provided by him and appreciate the brand for having the spare parts for customers otherwise I would have to discard this. This tub can be used for newborns and toddlers both because of the different settings given. 10/10 to Mr Saurav Sau and 10/10 to LuvLap for the customer service. This has helped me gain confidence in the brand as its very normal to have broken or missing part for the kids items..

Quality wise its really good.My baby loves it,it is generally safe.It is really convenient to bathe baby for new moms,you can use it without any fear.

It is poor quality in this price range. Ergonomically not ok for baby. After about a month of use, various parts of this baby bathtub started to become loose. It is not ergonomically designed for children, as many areas that come into contact with the baby have sharp edges instead of smooth, rounded surfaces. Additionally, the area where the baby is placed lacks any grip, making it unsafe as the baby tends to slide down when placed in the bracket. The anti-skid suction cups are of poor quality and fail to provide stability, coming loose every time the bracket is removed. The overall structure lacks firmness and has unnecessary movements, making it more suitable for use as a fish tank rather than a baby bathtub.
