2 heat levels, 500W and 1000W. In my case, the fairly thin bottom works well, so I don’t use much power heating up a thick pan using my portable power station while camping. “ Cooks quick, but doesn’t stick.!”So far the nonstick has not scratched and literally rinses out. It’s not the quality of my hundred dollar pan but if you take care of it and use the spray oil even eggs don’t stick. My only negative, In my case, steaming the healthy flash frozen vegetables the steamer slots are a little too large but functional. I should’ve bought another one instead of what is now two different so-called adjustable electric heating elements.

Works great now won’t work power is on but no longer cook

I am an avid review reader. The hot pot I purchased before this short circuited before a month had passed. I returned that item and picked up this one and I am glad I did. The pot is light, yet the lid is heavy and sturdy. Pot heats up pretty fast even on low setting. I make a point to not use metal utensils with this item. When cooking I use my bamboo spoons. Cleaning this things is a breeze, I do not submerge this in water, and I let it airy on a rack. I have cooked fish, steak, chicken, ramen, as well as sauteing veggies. Presently I simply pull this out to brown meat then put in my crockpot. My only concern is the longevity of this hot pot, this is why I am handling it as gently as possible. So far as good.

The bottom doesn't heat quite as evenly as I would like, but this is my second Dezin product, and I have been quite happy with both of them, especially for the price!

I originally rated this 5 star. Unfortunately after less than a year and used about 20-25 times, it has died. I was very careful not to get water on the bottom, so I have no idea what the cause was. The power light comes on when I select 1 of 2 settings but does not heat up. I am sad, it was my favorite small pot which was perfect since I am single and cook 1-2 serving at a time. Going to miss the steamed veggies, until I find a replacement. If you are looking for a temporary pot and dont need for more than a year, its great, I loved it, but I wanted for more than a year, perhaps 5 years. Good price, if it lasted longer.

This pot worked really well until it didn't. Purchased 12/31/24 and now no longer works. I used the pot on average about 2-3 times per wk to reheat food as i do not care for microwave ovens. It heats pretty evenly and seemed to be constructed in a sturdy fashion. I noticed when using it about 3 wks ago the handle became extremely hot near the on off switch while in use. I then noticed the first heat setting stopped working. And today when i attempted to use it, it began heating and then completed turn stopped and won't come back on.Do not buy.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loves it! It’s very durable, easy to use and easy to clean. It’s very convenient and the perfect size for 2 people.
