Has never worked since buying it in December. It’s constantly the same run around doing the exact same thing over and over. Watch company blaming the SIM card company and vice versa, while I am here with money wasted since the item STILL does not work.. but was told in my interaction that apparently we are 1 out of 50,000 and it’s definitely not their products fault..between them and the SIM card company nothing has been done in almost 5 months to help fix or actually fix the problem so I’m just out a watch for my son and money..

The watch works well, I found it to be the best option to be in touch with my kid without having the fear of a misplaced or lost cell phone. The setup was pretty smooth even though it took some work. The watch company is very responsive through WhatsApp. You need to purchase the SIM card and call the SIM card company to activate it and produce a phone number, then you need to reach out to the watch company to finish the setup. Now I can call my child, he can call or text me, I can take pictures remotely from the watch, he loves the pedometer function! Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

It was a Christmas gift for my son and daughter. Overall nice watch for my kids (age 9 and 11). We activated the phone service and it works well. Customer service help set up the phone. Thank you.

El producto no está homologado para Colombia y no funciona correctamente. El proveedor no da garantía ni accede a devolver el dinero por un reloj que no está habilitado para usarse en el país destino.

Es bueno pero la app tiene muchos anuncios y cuando escribes un mensaje de texto, el reloj no muestra quien lo escribió. Aparte como todo lo chino, no trae muchas instrucciones por lo que hay que ir adivinando.

Looks well, but there's some problems. No indication of wi-fi , no clear indication of charging progress , slow charging. Inpossible to use with another apps. It wasn't clear in the seller description. Not the best item .

If you're looking for a Basic phone watch, this is it. I bought this so I could get calls from my wife when I'm fishing and don't want to bring my cell phone. It Doesn't Have email text or the internet. What it does do is make and receive calls. Which is just what I wanted.
