This treadmill is a relatively inexpensive machine and has all the facilities one would expect from a treadmill. It is very heavy though but has wheels which make it movable by one person, whereas carrying it requires two reasonably strong people. It requires to be sited in a dry, dust-free environment and must not be used on a carpet. I have placed it on a piece of hardboard in a spare bedroom. The instructions in the manual are clear and the few bolts that require to be inserted to complete the installation are supplied along with the tool to tighten them. However, I did have one bolt that would not go into the slightly off-set hole and had to use another bolt of my own to complete the construction. It folds easily and can be wheeled back or forwards to store it when the bedroom is required for visitors. It has jack point to connect an audio device to the speakers on the console but I cannot comment on the quality of the speakers as I have not used them yet. Not having used it for long I cannot say anything about its durability but it certainly is a sturdy machine and I have every confidence that it will prove good value for money.
