Better if the two
With the splash less it is thicker and use less but it won’t get on your clothes. It works like all Clorox I just prefer the thick one. I like the smaller size also. Easier to fit with other kitchen and bathroom products. Value is the fact you use less My bathroom does not reek of Clorox either.

Does a great job.
My wife is an expert at spilling stuff on white clothes, and Clorox is an expert at getting rid of stains, spoiling all her fun, LOL.

Leaked and almost expired.
These have no safety seal, caps were not tight so they leaked, labels do not fit properly or line up and they expire in one month. Bleach only has a one year shelf life! Plus these are tiny bottles for the price. Really only one gallon all together.
