The media could not be loaded. My spatula came with fingerprints that were not mine on it. The box was sealed on top and bottom, so I don’t think it’s the returned item or anything. They need quality control strictly, especially being an expensive, luxurious brand.The jar of Furtuna Skin Cleansing Oil Balm looks luxurious. I love the wax-sealed design of the logo. The box also has the same design on it. The lid is magnetic, so you can stick an included little spatula on top of the lid.The balm is thick and didn’t easily melt on my skin, so I had to add some water to smooth it out and it still worked fine. It removed my makeup and waterproof sunscreen well. However, I felt a film on my skin after washing off, so I’m using it for the first step as the double cleansing. Also, I don’t like the smell of it. I know it from natural ingredients but it weird smell to me and it lingers. With the high price of this balm, I won’t order it again. I know many other brands’ cleansing balms are better than this with fractions of the costs. Unfortunately, this is not for me.

I really like this skin cleansing balm a lot! I use it to wash my face and remove eye makeup and it does both well. It feels very soft, nourishing and moisturizing on the skin without leaving my skin feeling oily or causing me to break out. It definitely feels like a luxurious treat for the skin. The packaging also feels high quality and expensive. If you want to splurge on a skin care product, I definitely recommend this balm.

This would be a 5 star review but based on the price I am saying its 4 stars. Does leave the face feeling silky and smooth after use. Has no harsh smell and is non-irritating (although I have combo skin). I can't say that i noticed a significant difference compared to other cleansing balms I have used in the past, especially for the price tag attached.

Product goes on smoothly and feels nice on the skin. It is oily and slick going on, which I like. Am able to remove it with just water - but I do use a washcloth also. Eye make up came off easily and no harsh rubbing needed to remove makeup. After removal of makeup, skin feels smooth and the balm leaves no residue on the face. No drying of my skin.
