SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G Factory Unlocked 512GB - Cream (Renewed)

My phone came in perfect condition.I bought the excellent version in cream color and 512gb.It was unlocked as stated and working perfectly.I already had the s23 ultra 256gb and wanted a bigger gb capacity.Very happy with the phone.

Bought this to replace a phone. Got it and it was looking great! Went to my service provider and got a sim, but the sim was not recognized by the phone since it was still locked to AT&T. I called Amazon customer service and was told to contact Samsung. I checked with Samsung and was told to contact AT&T. After several contacts and talking to their customer service, I found out my "unlocked" purchase from "renewed" Amazon store was not only still locked to AT&T, but also, the account linked to the phone has an outstanding balance due and AT&T would not unlock the phone until said balance was paid. Not really a fan of deceit, so I returned this phone. Very unhappy with the effort I had to go through to even find out that I couldn't even get the phone unlocked as it will take the individual from that AT&T account to get the phone unlocked. Very little help from Amazon!!!

Came in perfect condition only complaint is it did not come with a s pen the battery life is great the performance is phenomenal the appearance is very classy I would highly recommend

It's good but the battery is not good it drains fast even without using it and it gets hotter even in normal usage, is there a way to fix this?

When serviced switched to this phone it would not stay connected to the internet. Would go in and out of service.When service switched back to old phone I began to receive emails in a foreign language resembling Arabic.I also had fraudulent attempts to accessing apps.There was also a scratch on corner of the phone.
