For years I have hesitated buying iron head covers but considering that my driver, woods and putter have covers, the need to keep my irons warm during cold weather and to protect them from dents when they rattle around in my bag, I changed my mind and purchased these head covers from Craftsman. They are well made and do what I had hoped. I chose these covers because they start with the 4 iron (I don’t carry a 1, 2 or 3 iron) and include a cover for attack (aka gap) and lob wedges. The set includes a cover marked “X” for a specialty club, such as a chipper. I also chose them because they have a long neck to protect the hosel and lower part of the shaft and they snap on instead of slip on, which can slip off, and don’t use a zipper, which can break or get stuck. Although they were a bit tricky at first to take off and put on, after a while I got used to them and now do so with some ease. (Craftsman’s Web side shows you how to do it and they provide a link to a YouTube video that provides a demonstration) The insides are a felt type padding for greater protection. As a plus, they look nice. The outside is a leather like material with different colors for each club stiched, not printed, on both sides and on top for easy identification. If you are in the market for iron head covers (but if not, I would give them serious consideration), I highly recommend these covers.

They go on pretty easy, I like that they go over the hosel and cover part of the shaft. Well made, good quality material, not bulky. I'd like them for my hybrids but these don't fit very well for those. I'd also prefer a G instead of the A but that just my preference. I call it a Gap wedge instead of Approach. No need for Google translate though. Just buy 'em. The multi color looks fine especially if you don't want to use the same color, or one you don't like. (Craftsman logo could be smaller or nonexistent too)

These are very good quality covers that protect the irons. I bought a second set for my new irons. I love how well they stay on the clubs.

I have purchased 2 sets of the cheaper "neoprene" covers from other manufacturers, and obviously they didn't last more than 6 months. These are well constructed, durable and go on and off with ease, and are very secure when on.

Favorite accessory in my bag. Really makes the clubs look neat and protects very well. Super snug fit around the hosel. Easy to identify each club with large colored numbers. I enhanced my set by pairing two head covers with fishing lanyards to keep from losing when playing. Love this product. Initially thought it was overpriced but after using think it’s well worth the value. Very high quality. Would definitely buy again.

These are really well made headcovers. Once you figure out the trick to putting them on and taking them off, it becomes second nature. They lock on to the clubs extremely well, and you know they aren't going anywhere. No zippers to fuss around with. I could have done without the colors for the numbers, but it's a minor complaint. I've had them for over a year, and I'm starting to associate color to club at this point anyway. It's a joy not to hear your brand new irons clanking against each other with every step you take. These are the best iron headcovers on the market, hands-down IMO.

Easy to remove may not completely cover iron head but covers enough to be affective.
