I use this item all the time. Seems to hold up well and is nonstick. Time will tell.

Perfect size for my small stove top.

After using the pan maybe a dozen times, always on medium heat, always with an appropriate stir spoon, the finish started flaking off. It's too late to return it, so cost wise it was not worth it. It's too bad, because I really liked it.

This is a great product. I have an electric stove but cook on an induction pad. That gives me the heat to sharpen my WOK skills. This is perfect.

It was the perfect size but after 2 uses the inside started coming off like scratches

You get what you pay for. After the first use, the pan would not sit flat on an electric burner. Unless I was deep frying something, food always stuck. Because of that, I rarely used it. Today, I made fried rice for breakfast with egg and meat. It stuck so much on the bottom, I threw the pan away and ordered something that was not carbon steel.

Lasted about a month of occasional gentle uses. Nonstick worked perfectly over those weeks, then one little dot of the coating came off on to my egg. Luckily, I was doing a Sunnyside up and not scrambled, so I noticed the dot on my egg. And the egg didn't stick at all. I was OK with that until a second dot came off on the next use. Gave it one more try and a third dot came off. Tossed it afterwards. The dots were only 1/16" in diameter. But 20 uses was really short lived!
