Very high quality puppy food that's good for pregnant dogs, too.
We gave this to our female Scotty when she was pregnant with her first litter and it really seemed to make a difference. After the pups were born we kept her on it to help with her milk production with very positive results. After the pups were weaned we kept them on it for the first 10 weeks until they left for their new homes. Their new families still comment on how healthy and happy they all are. We know that it's not just the food that a puppy receives that determines it's overall health and condition, but it sure doesn't hurt if it's the highest quality one can afford. This product isn't cheap, but it's well worth the investment in your furry family members.

Can't go wrong with Acana products.... my puppy girl love it! Her coat is beautiful!

Pea-free and puppies like it
My dachshund puppies really like this, and I like that it is pea-free. Pea and other legumes have been linked to heart disease in dogs, and dachshunds are predisposed to heart problems. So this pea-free option is nice.

Pup wouldn’t touch it!
I tried this and Orijen and they both failed miserably with my pup. My pup refused to touch the Acana brand and got sick on Orijen
