This item will never stay on your dog's leg the way it is designed is poor the quality is poor and do not believe the description it has no rods it's not built of good quality if you try to Loop the belt through the hole it twists it up and hurts your dog's stomach all around not a good product Amazon should remove this

I have a border collie that tore his ACL. This is a pretty good product, it all looked like it was good quality and that it should work well. However because my dog has long slick hair I couldn’t get the product to stay on..even with the metal braces on the knee. Would probably be great on short hair dogs!

My 24lb dog has luxating patella and her knee has been bothering her lately. I ordered this brace and the first few days it did seem to take the pressure off her leg. The size fits around her waist and leg perfectly. I wouldn’t be able to go any smaller. And any bigger the brace wouldn’t do anything. However the brace does not stay on her knee no matter how I position it. After wearing it for a majority of each day for a week I noticed a bald spot and scab on my dogs inner thigh. While she still would benefit from the added support, she will no longer be wearing this brace. Maybe it fits other dogs better. It was almost a win.

This product was much better than other braces I have tried for my dog- and I have tried many. Less bulky, but far more supportive. Easy to get on and off , and stays in place all day long. It does not appear to irritate or chafe my dog.

Got xL for 70 lb blue nose maybe could of gone with Large but so far so good it's only 1st day fits nice but she can maneuver out of it easy if she rolls over...so I Mcgivered it a little by tiring the body wrap to her collar..over all looks good for immobilized the knee & hopefully will aid in alleviating some of her pain.

Falls off. Not for furry dogs. Does not stay in place.

No puedo decir siertamente si sirve o no, ya mi perrita se lo quito. Creo que hubiese escojido uno con sujetador desde el cuello pero yo quise uno con el que tuviera mas libertad. sin embargo cuando lo utilizo pudo sostenerse y caminar mejor.
