IV bought this one time before and I loved it but this time the smell was off I hoped I could return it and get another one but no returns

Wonderful for babies
It is very difficult to find anything for congestion in a baby. My nephew is only 10 months old and this product seemed to work well combines with bathroom faux sauna.
