We bought two of these because of the awful heatwave we have here in Texas. I have a personal cooler that was one of the original as seen on tv ones, from a few years back. This works so much better! We have a room divider/shelf on the far side of our kitchen and you can feel the cool air even from our island half way across the room, and it's a pretty decent size kitchen. They work via usb ports, and I love the fact that the water reservoir is so large, easy to fill, and also lights up so you notice when its getting empty. There didn't seem to be any instructions but there a four buttons on the side. Bottom to top: on/off, fan with 3 speeds, misting jets (you can use 1 or all 3) and on/off for the light. The only thing I don't like is that we've noticed that every few days the misting jets get blocked. It's an easy fix though, you just open the tank and stick your finger in the back of each jet and wiggle it a bit. Not sure why that happens but I still highly recommend these, they make a hugh difference to our comfort/temperature.

It works pretty good for its size. Better for small area’s definitely, and the air gets pretty cool if directly on you

This little fan worked and was very appreciated for about 5-6 weeks. We are in Texas and purchased a few small fans to assist our air conditioner & to try to move the air around better. The air flow was not turbo but it was okay & I liked that it was putting moisture in the dry air. Utilizing the water/ice method does work some but it can be messy and inconvenient refilling. Plus our lid was defective which didn’t help. Honestly, the $17 small turbo (honeywell) oscillating fan works better at moving the air.A few weeks ago I might give this fan 3-4 stars. Very disappointing it stopped working soon after the return window closed. How convenient. $30 down the drain. Smh.

The media could not be loaded.  1) The fan speed is strong enough to make a difference. the ice cube loading area is big enough, i can load 12 ice cubes at one go. i think that’s the most important basic function i must have - to cool down and feel comfortable.2) the lid closes with a great fit and tight, no gaps. Excellent quality. Light enough.Added bonus it comes with a handle and easy to move around. I love it when i can move it from dining room to kitchen to work space!i place it on table in front of me when i eat or work to cool down.Comes with a long wire making it easy for me to stretch to the nearest electrical socket. Saves tons of electricity when compared to using ACVery effective during heatwaves. Just add ice cubes and blows out cold air very fast.I also use it in parks with a battery pack.the rainbow color is quite entertaining but not necessary.

I really enjoy this fan, wish it could but be plugged up or run on batteries as well as being able the charge it

I've been using this as a desktop fan pointed to me and it actually works and brings the temperature coming off of the fan by about 10° F. The air supply coming off the fan blows decent and I don't notice any extra humidity in the air or on my face or my clothes.The only issues or drawbacks I see with it are it tends to have condensation buildup on the blades and leaks out on to the counter top that it sits on. A plate should be placed under it to prevent any moisture from leaking out on to the desk. When turning the "AC" feature on and turning the fan on at full speed, the fan pulls some of the power that is supplying the atomizers and it doesn't make it as efficient since it lowers the output.All in all I believe this purchase was worth it and am happy to have this to use on these hot summer days

I put ice and water in the reservoir in hopes that it would cool down the area where I sleep and it really didn’t do much at all. It’s a good fan and the light is a fun feature but it is absolutely not a “cooling fan” or even close to an air conditioner.

I purchased a similar one last year that meet my needs for a portable ac but after being put away for a year it wouldn’t work so I purchased a similar one that looked the same and was available but unlike the 1st one it couldn’t perform as I expected and needed it to, I got the same results from a regular box fan that actually blew more air, I had to place it inches from my head to try and cool off a little , putting ice in it wasn’t a big noticeable difference
