It performed perfectly, and I was really happy with my decision to buy. Unfortunately, just after the 3-week mark, it started giving me problems. By the end of the 4th week, right at the 30-day mark, it completely stopped working. It was such a disappointment because it seemed like a great product at first.I reached out to the seller right away and am currently waiting for their response. I’ve heard positive things about their customer service, and I’m hopeful they’ll make things right by sending a replacement. I’m confident that this is just a one-off issue, as the product itself really impressed me at first.For those considering buying from this seller, I’d still say give them a chance. Things happen, and I believe they’ll stand behind their product. I’ll update my review once I hear back and, hopefully, receive a replacement. Fingers crossed for a quick resolution! 🙂

This power cord was purchased for my HP Spectre 360/15 PC. Could not find the original anywhere. When i?tried to purchase a second power cord right after I bough5 the laptop in 2022 from HP the price was outrageous. Glad I found this cable now. Works quite well as laptop charges to full charge rather quickly and lasts for a day's work before needing to be recharged again. I can also use this power cord to charge my Samsung note 20 and ultra 9 tablet. Glad I found it.

I wanted to give this power supply a try for my HP Elitebook. Unfortunately, the power adapter stopped working or worked intermittently after a few weeks. I'm not sure if it was due to not being an HP adapter, where I would receive 'Use only HP devices...' notifications frequently. This past weekend was the worse as my laptop was losing power and not charging. I opted to by a HP docking system instead where I can plug in other devices to it.Speaking of my experience, the power adapter appeared to be made with quality materials, but just didn't power my laptop as expected.

I have to buy a new one at least twice a year. I don't charge my laptop for lo g periods of time, but the battery pack get HOT. After a few weeks the cord starts having to be at a specific angle, then it'll eventually just stop working. I know it's not an issue with my laptop because the charger behaves the same way when plugged into my phone.

Laptop knows it’s not a true HP charger but it works perfectly. Doesn’t get to hot and has all the specs needed to run my laptop. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a less expensive charger that works great

It charges my computer and any other electronics that require usb c. The build quality is not great. After a few months of owning and using it on a day to day basis it the charging cable part started to fail. You have to wiggle the cable into a specific position for it to start charging your device.
