Q: What is the individual breakdown of grams of omega-3 and omega-6? I know it's 12 g of both, but how much of each?

Thank-you for reaching out! Thereis a 3:1 ratio and approximately 9g of Omega-6 and 3g of Omega 3 essential fatty acids per serving of Hemp Hearts. One serving is approximately 30g or 3 tablespoons. Q: Since 6 October, an 18 oz package has gone from $14.99 to $22.99. What happened???

Look for it at Wole Foods or Fresh Food stores. I bought it for 15 $. (Last week).

Q: When i first bought this in april, i got the 18 ounce pack for $10.49. now its $22.10! did hemp crops suddenly start dying to cause a spike in price?

I noticed the same on the 5lb pack. It went from $48 USD to $65 USD within three months!!! I will stop buying. Not sure if it is Amazon or the supplier marking this up 35%. You never see these things at local super markets.

Further, as per the Industrial Hemp Regulations, products derived from hemp seeds shall have a maximum allowable limit of 10 μg/g. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods is licenced by Health Canada and contracts only licenced hemp seed acres meeting the Industrial Hemp Regulations. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Foods tests hemp seed product at third party accredited laboratories to confirm THC levels are less than the regulated limits (<10 μg/g). Best hemp product I’ve tried so far!

This product is so good I reordered several packs. It’s a little pricey than alternatives but well worth it if you want the real deal! 3 table spoons a day keeps the doctor away!! :)
