It worked really well, great for a quick dip, and the seller support was fantastic!
Unboxing it was easy, the documentation was simple, assembling the rods was easy, the product felt good due to weight and packaging.I was able to get the item to inflate using the included pump, it took quite a few pumps but I got it inflated to my desired pressure.Filling it with water was easy, I also got a few bags of ice. All in all it took about 30 minutes to completely set up.I spent about an hour going in and out of it because I simply couldn't get enough if it, especially in the heat.For the price, the product is simply superb, and the seller support is fantastic as I'd mentioned earlier. For the price, this is a great great deal and a fantastic product. Quick to set up, easy to enjoy, and a cold plunge has health benefits too!

Defective design, inflatable top popped after only 2 weeks
The ice tub looked great initially and we used it for two weeks -but unfortunately the inflatable top edges bursted after the 3rd use, probably due to poor quality materials and PVC

Good quality, prompt customer service
Product arrived as described. Holds temperature pretty well considering what it’s made out of.We had a wind storm blow the cover off. They helped us resolve the issue quickly.

This icebox a real salvation on hot days and also very refreshing after a hard day. The quality of the materials is excellent.

Great value
I bought this to start cold plunging and it has been great I’m 5’11 240 pounds and for comfortably it’s been so great and easy to use and clean. I’ve had a ton of my friends come and try it and everyone is impressed with how great of a product and the value it provides for the price.

Hole in tub after3 months use and cannot return or replace
Amazon says after January 31 I had to go directly to seller but you cannot find this seller in the US and no way to contact them
