A shard covered in lacquer that doesn't fluoresce red under UV light
Described as a natural rough stone, and 100% natural crystal. rubyProduct returned.what was delivered was more of a shard although about the right size.it had been coated in some sort of lacquer so far from a natural rough state.and to say 100% crystal and Ruby.... well my understanding is rubies fluoresce red under long wave UV light and indeed a similar sample I have, purchased from a reputable source at a similar price does indeed fluoresce red (confirming this and the wavelength of my light is right).... This sample showed no Fluorescence what so ever. So based on these facts make your own conclusions.Please also see my seller review relating to this Purchase...... A very positive handling of the problem
