The sole plate started to have black stains within a few months. The company however after initial reluctance replaced the item. To that extent my experience with the product is good.

The service provided by the concerned person and company was awesome. My iron developed some fault but the customer care executive Mr Arnab Paul was prompt in answering the query and a new Iron was sent to me. Am satisfied and very happy with after sales service.

18th January 2024 I received the courier. The Amazon packaging was sealed properly but the main Agaro company box was opened box . I was expecting that sealed as well . When I took the iron from the box. I found out it was broken from top and the plastic touches the heating pad . To check whether it works or not ,I started the iron and when it started heating up very light smoke started coming from top because of plastic getting burn. I am really upset with the company and their product . I don’t know if they have quality check the product before packaging I don’t know but they should have done it . The iron is getting heating up properly no doubt but it’s broken from up. If the company needs proof that they sended the seal pack and I am lying then I have cctv recording. I open every parcel while rolling cctv. Thanks

Was scared to buy at first bcosive never heard it s name before. But I was so stunned by the quality. Easily beats all known indian brands , bcos of no leakage, 2 stage steam, large water tank and mostly electronic circuit with alarm for heating and all.. beeps if forgotten to use after plugging in. Tell me which Indian steam iron has it?

High wattage makes short waiting time before ironing.
