Just got the remote for my tv. I put the batteries in and it was good to go. I didn’t have to connect to the tv. 👍👍 bonus is that my original remote still works so I have one for each couch 👍👍

So far so good just waiting to see if I give the common problem that it stops working after a couple of months

My Sony TV remote for my SONY XBR65X900F TV finally died. It started one night with the left back button not working and the next day the entire thing went kaput. I found this one it was the closest looking remote to the OG SONY that I have had for five years. I read the reviews…of course there will be some not so great reviews as per usual. There was one review where the person said they had to do no set up whatsoever!! They put in X2 AAA batteries pressed the ON button and they were good to go. This was what I was looking for. So…I ordered it …IT WORKS!!

for us it worked but it cam without the remote backing. Didnt send it back. still usaeable but looks funny with tape holding in the batteries
