Curcumin (from Turmeric the food spice) can taste quite strong normally and not absorb well, but this natural formula is mild tasting in comparison and in a formulation that absorbs easily. It's anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties make it a good remedy for a sore throat. I see no artificial ingredients on the label. You turn the bottle sideways while spraying to accommodate the spray nozzle (which wasn't intuitive to me, but works great). This spray can be used as a preventative or while experiencing a sore throat, and there are usually no side effects with curcumin - or they are mild and rare typically only when taking high doses (like diarrhea, nausea, headache or rash). Curcumin also has other health benefits including being good for heart disease, arthritis pain, skin conditions, Alzheimer's prevention and anti-aging. Based on the number of sprays recommended per application, I would guess this is about a 2-week supply. The bottle indicates that it's not intended for children or pregnant / nursing women.

My house got hit with something with all of us being down for one reason or another. Mine was a sinus thing with a sore throat, it got so bad that I only wanted to eat soft foods as anything else just hurt to eat so I got this to hopefully make me feel better. It came packaged just fine with no spills. Getting it out you get the bottle with a strange nozzle on it. I got it out and set up and sprayed the back of my throat with 2 or 3 sprays. Do your best to not get it on your tongue it's not gross but it isn't the most pleasant thing I have tasted. Almost immediately my throat started to feel better. I've used this for a couple of days now when I feel the pain start to flare up and it has knocked it back down and helped immensely.

I used this when I got a sore throat and the taste/flavor that it has really put me off wanting to use it again, I can't really express what it tasted like to me. It was still within the exp date so I'm not sure if maybe something happened between the factory and me and temps or something effected it. Like I said it did work and helped a lot I just wish it was more plateable for me.

This is great for sore throats! I’m always concerned about using and swallowing chemicals - like whatever is in Chloroseptic and other numbing throat sprays. What a blessing to have this as an alternative! It really does numb it the throat! Maybe not as intensely as the chemical sprays but it works! Just spray it a few more times.I use turmeric to yellow foods like tofu scramble and it tastes and snells like that. Curcumin is in turmeric so that’s why :) I’m not a fan of the turmeric taste or smell but it doesn’t bother me if I’m using it medicinally. The benefits far outweigh the taste :)Price is decent - not a bargain, but worth it for the benefits!

I just received this item on Sunday July 30, 2023, and it appears to expire in one month. I'd like one that doesn't expire in one month.
