iSmartAlarm ISA2G Essential Pack - Protect and monitor your home – with camera

The App doesn't work with any new iPhone. Get ready to spend days if not weeks without support or a resolution. All it has been for me since I bought it is a fancy paper weight. Do a quick search on the internet for cubeone setup and see the endless reviews of people unable to set it up per the instructions and iSmartAlarm doing nothing to fix it.Wish I'd have returned it immediately.

Great product for the cost. Ticks all the boxes in terms of requirements I had fVery easy to install and setup. Very reliable so far no issues. App is also very easy and allows enough flexibility to suit most needs I have.

Very easy to set up and install, works well with the free app.Only let down is the siren which is very quiet, this would not be loud enough to be heard in an adjacent room or is not sufficiently loud enough to “deter” an intruder.

Had this when I lived in the US and bought one the moment I moved back to the UK. The camera isn't very high res, the night vision quality is below par and it is static position. I originally had this review at 4 stars but took it down to 2 stars. I was trying to trouble shoot an issue with the camera and discovered the support for their devices is very below par. The documentation is minimal as is the support forum. It is still a good product, but be prepared for a challenging support experience.

Really easy to set up and install, it only takes about 10 mins. No drilling off holes is always a good thing. App is good and works really well.The video quality on the Spot is ok. I would have liked it to be 1080p and work off batteries to save wires but apart from that it good.The only slight issue I have is the alarm is not very loud, I will need to buy 1 or more of the add on sirens to hear it when it's activated.

Firmware too flaky for proper use. Cube would not connect wirelessly and camera got stuck on downloading update.

Works really well, was recommended to me by my cousin who I trust very much.There were some bad reviews that nearly put me off! (This is One of my best purchases in life)

There is no questions to hardware. Camera goes offline sometimes. But mobile application (Android) is very poor. UI is not comfortable to use and make it easy to push wrong buttons accidentally. It would be great of having widget to switch off/on alarm without running the app.Application is not responsive some times etc.
