Cool little axe
Kind of like mini firebird Pretty well made for the price feels solid.A little bit of fret dressing and maybe some hotter pickups And it will make it very nice traveling guitar. It plays very comfortable and the stock pickups have a vintage tone. Came with a decent padded backpack gig bag as well.

Wish the wireless was better implemented
This is a well built little guitar that delivers a full size Les Paul scale neck that is very easy to play. A little neck heavy, but not dropping to the floor. Easy to get a comfortable playing position while standing/strapped. I can't give it any faults on build quality. As a traditional guitar, using the 1/4 inch output, everything works as expected. On the downsides, the effects only work with the wireless connection. And, you can't use the wireless output and the wired output at the same time. Having the wireless/effects on with a cable inserted causes a huge buzz. Also, when using the wireless, I can't see a way to disable the effects for a clean sound. You always have to have one of the effects on.Another issue in wireless mode - the tone control seems messed up, in fact, it sounds like the tone is fully turned down, giving everything a very muted sound. The tone knob doesn't seem to do anything in wireless mode.So a disappointing implementation on the wireless/effects section. Not useless, but no where near as useful as it could be. Probably should be 3 stars, but I'll give it 4 for being clever, and nice looking.

Great idea, mixed results
First off, let me say I am a luthier in SE Tennessee that builds, restores and repairs stringed instruments.I saw this on Amazon, and it caught my eye as my hobby is to find low cost guitars, mod or set them up, and play them. Some I sell later, some I keep. This is definitely an oddity, and could be a great travel guitar with just a few changes. The GOOD:The guitar fit and finish was pretty darn good for what I paid, save for the frets, (see below)It comes with a fairly good receiver, a generously long USP charging cable for both receiver and guitar, a set of earbuds, a gigbag that borders on great, with steel zippers and lots of padding. There is even a place in the inside that holds the receiver. You also get a pick holder that is like a key chain, with picks. The humbuckers are good, do not seem to be microphonic, and it intonates easily. I did throw out the knock-off DeAddario strings, which were .09's, and put on a good set of Ernie Ball .10's, since this is kind of like a LP. (Kind of a small LP-Jag mix). The scale is a TRUE 24.75", with a standard Tun-a-matic bridge and stop bar.You can play it three ways.1. Through the earbuds with the system on.2. Through the wireless transmitter which is inside the guitar, to the receiver which you plug into your amp. Pairing was easy once I read the instructions.3. It has a standard output jack, and with the effects off, you can simply plug this up to any guitar amp. No effects.4. It also has an Aux IN, which is for putting in a backing track, and it will come out of the guitar and to your amp or earbuds. It is light, maybe 4, 4.5 lbs, but doesn't feel cheap. I bought the cherry burst, which was a few dollars more, but was not disappointed. Not flame, but decent enough wood. The neck has a two way truss rod, which was nice when I set it up.The BAD:Two words...Fret Sprout...Like I have not seen in a long time. It was simply unplayable without cutting my skin when I got it.I put it through my standard setup, rounding off the frets, leveling them, crowning and mirror polishing, and after truss rod, action and intonation adjustments, the action is dead low, frets are smooth and nice.I also noted it came with really cheap 14:1 tuners, so I had a set of 16:1 lying around, so I swapped them in. Much better. Nut was cut well, plastic, but cut very well, so kept it.The other thing I didn't like, and maybe I am doing something wrong, but cannot see anywhere in the instructions...Once you turn on the transmitter, you MUST choose either Chorus, Overdrive, or Tremolo, and they do not seem to have any way to adjust the amount. No clean with the effects on, no way to lower any of the effects. I got it to pair up easily reading the instructions, and it has 10 channels, (for what I don't know, since I hit all ten and it just stayed nicely paired).I thought maybe these numbers were for raising or lowering the intensity of the effects, but no.At this point, although it is a fun guitar to play, and transmitting it into a pedalboard before hitting your amp can be a blast, getting a clean sound? Cable only...What a bummer.I didn't pay as much as they are charging now, I got in just under $100. I think knowing what I know now, I probably would have passed on the current price. Not because of the frets and setup, but the shortcomings of the electronics and the limits on changing the effects.Great little guitar with lots of accessories that just misses the target.
