Great quality
Really nice cue. Satin finish is lovely and smooth. Cue is good and straight. Case quality very high. Overall a nice quality package. Had to buy a cue butt protector because I play in a room with a hard floor, but that was only a few pounds.

Brilliant.
Brillianr cue, lovely finish, case is quality also. Played with it for quite a while now, has had a new tip. Going to be a keeper for quite a while i reckon.

Decent cue
It would have been 5 star if the tip shape was done properly. Tip was not rounded centrally. It was uneven, so I had to fix the tip my self.I seen other comment where another customer had the same issue. Im really surprised it happened to me too considering the price of the cue.I dont know if its “precision tip” from a machine or human. Either way it didnt come done properly.

Missing Items 👎
The cue and case are great but unfortunately the accessory pack was missing, both Amazon and Riley blamed each other and couldn’t resolve it. This was a birthday present for my son so a bit disappointing.If RILEY send me the missing items I will update this review.

Tip was uneven but fixed it.
Apart from the uneven tip that needed sanding down, the rest of the que was brilliant. Smoothed down good quality wood, extension for long shots and a nice case to store it in with 2 pieces of chalk.Already seeing a slight improvement to my game since using it.
