I previously bought two cup holders from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TXD47T8). One for my Subaru Sambar mini-truck and one for my motor trike. I needed an insulated container that would fit my cup holders, preferably one that I could drink from using a straw.The Ideus 18oz. insulated tumbler fits the cup holder perfectly. It sits all the way down to the bottom of the cup holder. It has maybe about a millimeter clearance all the way round. It's as if the two were designed for one another.I got one with the Orange Tiger color. Great shade of orange, not too splashy (no pun intended :), but with plenty of visual "pop". I think it's a great color, but probably would have thought the same of the other choices.Build quality looks first rate, couldn't ask for better in this price range. Poorly designed, weak straw latch. IMO, there is nothing inherently wrong with the latch's design. However, its relatively small size and recessed position makes it susceptible to damage. Users should be careful when opening and closing it, if they want it to last. And if you're really concerned about breaking it, then don't use the small latch at all. Instead, use the large latch (the straw fits the sipping opening!).2. The tumbler leaks. Agreed. This tumbler is about as leak proof as I've seen for an insulated tumbler with latch openings ... none of which performed 100%. (a) When cool air is introduced into the container of hot liquids, such as when taking a sip, the air expands when it is warmed up. If you close the latch before the air has fully warmed, pressure builds up in the vessel. Too much pressure and the container will leak. (b) Opposite for the container of cool liquids. If left standing for a long time, the liquid and trapped air eventually warm up. Warm air leads to pressure build up. Too much pressure and the container will leak.So, if you need a truly leak proof container, then get one that has a lid that screws or clamps tight and doesn't have any extra holes or latches.P.S. I got the 18oz size rather than the 14oz, because it gives me room for plenty of ice for a 12oz can of soda.

This cup is great. No leaking. Keep hot coffee over night. Keeps ice for mor than 12 hours.Nice size.

Good for small hands, easy to grip single handed. No handle, ergonomic shape. being wider at the top also means better grip.I was skeptical but it IS 100% dishwasher safe (I did do only top rack just in case bc other brands of this product are not dishwasher safe). I don’t intend to clean in the dishwasher regularly but it’s good to know it can stand that deep, deep clean when necessary!Keeps drinks hot, for a good while!I use a silicone drink lid with this mug that pairs perfectly. I found it also here on Amazon and it resembles a take out coffee cup lids, just silicone. I’d use the lids that came with but the silicone sippy lid is just simple, streamlined, and superior so I recommend checking that out also.

Pros:1) stainless steel cleans beautifully2) comes with two styles of lids3) well-made4) Orange color is very happy.5) Doesn't leak when accidentally turned over.6) Fits inside of car cup holderCons:1) The lid with the straw is very tight. I have problems with my hands and it nearly impossible for me to remove it.2) The mechanism that prevents leaking from the hole for the straw also makes it difficult remove the straw. Not sure if improvement is possible while still retaining the spill resistant properties.

Might be the only tumbler that satisfied my needs. Doesnt leak at all (tried holding it upside down), just make sure to screw the lid super tight. Sturdy and beautiful design. Nice color. Straw works well. Has separate sip-on lid & straw-holding lid. The only thing I wished for was slimmer design towards the top. Other than that, keeps drink cold & hot for a long time and does its job. Ive had ice drinks and left it in room temp for almost a day and it still had a few ice cubes left.

My wife says it keeps her coffee cold for over a full day, and never leaks

Great tumblers and truly as close to spill proof as you can get. But if you use them much the straw lid "flapper" will break and is not available as a replacement item. I've had to buy several just because the lid broke.

It just arrived today and all I can say is it's more than I was expecting. The orange is a nice color and the choice of lids is nice. It's a quality cup that's sturdy and the straw is very nice design as well. I got these with some credit that I had so I'm very happy and impressed.
