my device was completely corrupted, but i was able it wipe my drives and do a fresh install of windows. good size. no issue with heat level. overall id say the value was worth it. most of the programs and software are free but setting something like this up to me personally is worth far more than 20$

Purchased this drive because a Windows update killed my laptop. I got a blue error screen and nothing I tried would work. The videos and instructions that come with this usb drive are among the best I have seen. Whoever came up with them did a good job of pointing me toward where I needed to start and giving me detailed steps on how to get my Windows 10 laptop to startup and run again. I did have a problem with the repair installation stopping halfway through. However, I followed the instructions to email the vendor. It was late at night, so I expected a response the next day. Instead, I received a response within a few minutes. I followed their detailed instructions, which pointed me to written instructions on the drive. I responded after I tried each step and they stayed with me, giving me the next thing to try. They had allot of patience. Eventually, it was determined that a file was apparently damaged. Going just by my Amazon order number and communications about the problem, they told me they would rush me a replacement drive. Once they had by shipping address, they let me know the drive would arrive to my address between 1 and 5 p.m. the next day. As previously mentioned, this was late at at night--far beyond the usual cutoff times for delivery of similar products, and the other products had two-day delivery times. The replacement arrived in the estmated time frame. With the tax and other deadlines approaching this was really appreciated. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

My computer is my life, my escape from reality. 1 day before a 2 week vacation with no plans other than drinking and playing video games, my nvme drive that had windows installed on it, died... i was left scrambling, looking for the usb I used to install windows when i built the pc in 2019. Nowhere to be found. Bought a new drive, had a friend who had a usb with windows 10 and tried that... that usb was corrupted... Desperate, I took to the internet to find anything, and came across this item. Was suspicious considering its only $20 and half expected it to just be a blank usb when it showed up... it was NOT. It worked flawlessly and now im back in windows getting everything set up again. All my saved game data is lost but thats all I had so i can deal with that. This thing saved my vacation and im so thankful for it. Hopefully I wont have to buy one again, but if I need to, this will be the first place I go

This product is great if the following are true:• You already have a licensed version of Windows on your PC;• Your version of Windows hasn’t been updated in a while; AND•You don’t have any means to create an installer yourselfHowever, if your Windows on your PC is mostly or completely updated already, then the installation will delete all of your files and apps. This is because the versions in this product are not the most recently available versions, and Windows doesn’t like it when you revert to an older version.It also doesn’t contain a product key, so if you’re on Windows 10 and you want to upgrade to Windows 11, it won’t work. If at all possible, your best option is to either buy the latest version of Windows 11 from Microsoft (if you need a product key) or to download the operating system from Microsoft’s website onto a blank (NTSF-formatted) USB flash drive and use THAT to reinstall Windows with the most up-to-date version. That will allow you to reinstall while preserving apps and files.

Dang it man! I don’t write review a lot but sheesh yall saved my day ! Paid hp 51 for them just to basically refer me to this as the solutionPlug and play and man it was brand new computer running the fastest I’ve seen it , and consistently!I’ll be back if it happens again same day received it was truly on time

I am 100% a real person who has used this flash drive to bring back my laptop that I thought was beyond repair… I had wiped discs and diskpart.. lost my systems reserve… Had all but given up and then I ordered this flash drive, and it saved my life… Any bad reviews is a lack of somebody putting in the effort to use the tools that are provided in this USB because it gives you every single option, I guarantee my laptop was damaged beyond 99% of the customers he is supplied to it took a little digging, but with the use of this USB I was able to save my HP pavilion buy this product.. I am a customer out of Idaho in the United States

This thing saved my bacon! I am not the most computer literate person, and the tutorial vidoes and pictures were a lifesaver. It made reinstalling windows, and the drivers I was missing, so easy. And my files were still on my computer afterwards. I will be keeping this with me at all times in case I need it again. Many thanks!

Based on reading the reviews, I was skeptical if the product would work, It booted up for me. I think if you read the instructions or watch the install video you should be able to figure it out.
