Does this have creatine, if not can mix creatine with it?

No creatine but safe to add as long as you increase water intake and know how much to take. Do research, creatine can be more harm than good if done wrong.

Can I mix this with Greek yogurt and eat as a sweet treat?

Yes but keep in mind you must consume more than ample water for the supplements to be efficient. I personally find that protein powders in super cold milk more than satisfy sweet tooths.
