Pears Pure & Gentle Bar Soap with Natural Oils 4.4 oz

Beautiful bar. Good soap. Cleans great. Does not cause me any breakouts and I have sensitive skin that way. I love the scent, too. Not too girly or strong. Just extremely pleasant. I love the way the Pears name shows up white when the letters are filled with dry suds. I like to hold it up to the light and admire the translucent color. I usually make my own soap but wanted to try this. Glad I did. Very nice. Would definitely buy again.

Grew up with Pears' soap but now seems to have too much fragrance. I'm going to miss the clean feeling this soap gives.

My grandmother had beautiful skin, and always used this soap. I have used it a long time as well on my sensitive skin. I love the clean scent and with any product you have no control group . IN my mind, unless you have a twin who is using a different product how can you say "yes" this makes wrinkles better, breakouts etc..? What I can say is it does not dry ME out, or cause my skin to have a sensitive reaction. I feel clean when I use it without residue.

Horrid smell, like petrol --not the English petrol that we put in our vehicles (whose odor I always liked), but a strong chemical smell. Also not exactly 'transparent' appearance. But... never one to waste anything, I can use it for washing my hands, though I wouldn't dream of letting it near my face!

Sensitive skin? Best soap. Don’t like fragrance? Pleasant,light and pleasing. Been using Pears ( must be this one; not others they make) for umpteen years. Just wish more stores carried.

Soap has a strong chemical smell, seems to be drying on my face.
