These were surprisingly sturdy and well-designed wine racks. They were even (mostly) easy to assemble -- no tools needed, but a couple of the pieces weren't cut exactly right so were harder to fit together. Once loaded with wine, they are very stable. Great buy for the price.

I made one rack that was 8 tiers high. Perfect and easy to assemble. I added a spot of wood glue at each junction, and tapped into place with a hammer. I also cut the bottom side pieces in half lengthwise to make the rack a little more stable (I put the other half on top, for appearance). I ordered another brand (smartxchoices) and the wood was not completely dried, or as good quality and it was not as deep - making it less stable.
