A real Birch leaf was collected and the flesh removed. The remaining structure is a beautiful skeleton. The skeleton leaf is then given a thick copper plating which provides strength and durability making it as strong as any other pendant. The leaf is finished off by being dipped in 24k gold.

Clever how they do it. Looks very different to the normal leaf which reflects the whole leaf not the skeleton framework. This is attractive and larger than some I've seen. Could snag on delicate lacy type edges on tops but has not done so yet. Good price. Recommended
