Beautiful and works great. I’ve bought at least 5 over the years one for myself and the others were gifts. No complains Alhamdulillah! Does make one’s home smell amazing when burning the incense.Don’t burn the incense on there for more than 30mins as incense scent burns out and all you get is burnt smoke.

Out of the box, it seems like it’s a great buy.Unfortunately it worked well once and actually burned the oud.The second time the heating plate took over an hour to get hot and barely burned the oud.Tried using it again a few days later, it’s not heating at all.There are better quality ones out there. This one is definitely not worth it.Save your money and get something better.

I've had this for a while now. works great. I had one that was more expensive and didn't last long. This one does. It's not the prettiest but it does the job!!!!

Brand new item opened it and plugged in. Did not work at all. These should be tested and checked before selling them. I had to return another Bakhoor Burner that lasted barely 2 weeks.
