STRONG Performance and Convenience!
I recently started using the EGO 670 CFM, and it's truly been a game-changer for yard work. It’s a fantastic alternative to my old gas-powered backpack blower, which for years, I struggled with in terms of clogged carb/finicky starts, etc... The EGO is lighter, quieter, and much easier to handle. Zero doubt it'll work every single time you load a battery up. While it’s not quite as powerful, it’s still plenty adequate for my ~1-acre property.-Power and Performance-The variable-speed settings are great for adjusting to different tasks, and the maximum power delivers pretty strong performance for clearing leaves and debris. Again, it’s not as powerful as a gas blower, but it’s more than sufficient for regular yard maintenance and honestly, its pro's far outweigh the cons of dealing with gas.-Battery Life and Convenience-The included 4.0Ah battery works well but could last a bit longer for larger jobs or late fall clean up. I recommend getting a second battery for extended use, with two batteries, I can easily manage my entire property without interruptions. Charging is pretty impressibly quick and straightforward - which helps balance out the shorter runtime if you only have 1 battery.-Why You’ll Love It--Fairly lightweight and easy to maneuver (well-balanced), perfect for extended use.-No gas or maintenance hassles -just charge and go. Happy not to deal with a carburetor anymore...-Strong enough for most residential tasks, even on a larger property.-Quieter than gas-powered alternatives, making it more neighbor-friendly and easier to listen to podcasts or music while you're doing yardwork. If you’re ready to ditch gas-powered tools for something more convenient, this blower is a SOLID choice. While it may not have the brute force of a gas blower, the ease of use and performance make it a worthwhile upgrade for anyone with a medium-to-large yard. Highly recommended with an extra battery!!!!

Incredible Power! Awesome Run Time!
The media could not be loaded. This blower is a HUGE upgrade from what we used to have. At 56V, it’s even more power than we need for a large desert yard and driveway. Let’s talk about the fit and finish: It’s great. Nice grippy handle. Easy to use controls. Battery locks in place with ease. The charging station is air cooled with a fan and regulates the battery to preserve optimal health/longevity.It’s got a little weight to it, which I was concerned about because my elder mom uses it. She loves it. No problems handling it.Run time and battery life:Run time is beyond what we expected. We don’t even use it past 1/4 or so up and that’s blasting on 3/4 power to full power. No need for turbo yet. It’s that strong!I decided to go with Ego because it’s a respected brand, and it’s got a ton of great reviews.5 year warranty on that battery. So we’ll see about that at a later time. This is a really nice unit. Well worth the price which seemed reasonable for such high quality.Five Stars! I’d definitely recommend this to anyone with medium to heavy yard maintenance needs.

Fun and functional!
OK, it's a leaf blower. You don't use it a whole lot, though it is quite handy. You can knock all the excess grass clippings away after yard trimming in no time. And to my surprise after finally popping the money for one, it's actually fun! Especially now that I don't spend 15 minutes sweeping and bagging those clippings anymore. Really, tool people, get you a leaf blower. It's not going to be your most used tool, but you'll appreciate it.Ok, I've already got an EGO yard trimmer and an EGO hedge trimmer which you would do well to find a way to try out somehow. They are really powerful and no more fuss and muss with extension cords or mixing gas. You pop the battery in and you go to work. They are fantastic! So I got the leaf blower with the battery and charger, no good reason for that other than you save money on those by getting the package. That way I have an extra because the batteries are indeed, interchangeable with all the EGO tools accept the chainsaw. KNOW that if this is your FIRST EGO tool, you WILL need to purchase the one with the battery and charger. But if you have another EGO tool with the battery and/or charger, you can can save a considerable amount of money by just getting the blower. Now I got this one, which is 3 steps up from the entry level, simply because it was on sale at the time and the same price as the entry level one. I believe I'm glad I did. It really blows powerfully. And that's what's fun about it, if only for a couple of minutes. I believe it's totally safe though. My boys (adult) get a little stupid with it blowing their mouths all wild and open and for tick-tock and such. God favors the silly, but I put safety goggles on them and you may be wise to consider that when legiteamately using all EGO tools too. Like I said, they are powerful. Now a little about EGO batteries. The replacements are pricey, which I think is what detours people away from EGO. But know that they last a very LONG time. I got my EGO string trimmer with my first battery about 5 years ago and I regularly trim 3 big yards. It is just now beginning to loose charge time. And the chargers will last forever so you really only need one, which can save you some money too. I did get another charger and battery with the hedge trimmer package though, which again, saved me some cash by buying the package. This way I can always have a fully charged backup or two, which I sometimes need. Expect about 2 hours of charge for the lawn trimmer, 3 or 4 for the hedge trimmer, and I think the blower will hold charge forever. So, I'm an EGO fan and thinking about getting the chainsaw maybe if my gas powered one ever goes out. I hear it is very powerful too. The lawnmower is just too pricey for me at this point and I mow a lot of grass to be using an electric mower, but who knows? Now, I wouldn't consider this for professional lawn care. You guys would need like 20 batteries to get through the day with these. This is purely for landlords and personal yard work. And, I like it!

Great blower, kinda heavy
This is a powerful leaf blower. The battery is huge and it's such a relief that it lasts longer then 20 minutes. We have a large lot with rockscaping and big neighborhood trees that drop all kinds of stuff. This moves the leaves, pods, and small branches but not the rocks. It is kind of heavy, though. I'm 51 and I pretty good shape, but I wish it had a shoulder strap. That's my only complaint, though.
