I started using the shampoo on July 26th. I like it so much, I bought the shampoo and the conditioner set on September 16th. I still have quite a bit left in all 3 bottles. I wash my hair every other day.I am a 37 year old female with medical issues (hormones and endocrine system). I always had very fine hair but I had lots of it. 3 years ago, I started losing more hair than normal, this was prior to finding out my issues, but was a sign. When I would put my hair up, I didn't have big bald spots, but you could see just how thin my hair is, seeing my scalp all over the place. So I started using minoxidil, I picked up the Target brand for men. The men's is stronger and my doctor said I could absolutely use it. It helped quite a bit, but then it was almost like my scalp got used to it? I don't know, I started going backward. Now I have added this shampoo to my arsenal. I am back to having baby hairs sprouting and I love the way my hair feels and looks. It just looks fuller now. I have tried Nioxin, Keranique, and Bondi Boost, I liked all of them, but I iove this one!Now, how I use it. This will probably be a pain for some, but since I work from home, it is quite easy. I wet my har, towel dry, and apply the shampoo to my scalp. If it's extra oily, like my scalp is, usually if I go 2 days without washing, I wash my scalp with something else first, then towel dry and add this shampoo to my scalp. I put on my shower cap, and give it at least 5 minutes. There have been times I get sidetracked, and it stays on much longer. Once a week I put the conditioner on my whole head as a treatment, but like I said, my scalp is super oily, so typically I use it on my ends after washing. When the pandemic first hit, I had at least a year into trying to wash every 3 or 4 days. When I saw a derm, she said this could be doing more damage, because it is oily, the sebum could clog pores. Even washing every other day, after I sleep on clean hair, it is gross the next day.We are all different and people react in different ways to different ingredients. But much like skincare, you have to give ample time to see results. No, I do not have a thick lovely head of hair because of this shampoo and conditioner, but I like my hair a lot more than before I had it. I see a lot less hair in the drain and it looks fuller, feels healthier, and I am here for it. I could see if you are someone with dry hair, the conditioner may not be fore you. Again, if you have dry hair, just apply this shampoo to your scalp, and get yourself a nice conditioner.

This smells very nice. Not like perfume. A nice subtle scent. It makes my hair much softer. I was having a lot of hair fall- it was coming out by the handful every time I washed it. After using the shampoo and conditioner for several weeks now, I have very little hair loss anymore. I haven’t noticed any new hair growth but I’m very pleased that my hair is no longer falling out. I tried quite a few different shampoo and conditioner sets that said they would stop hair fall and this is the first and only one that has actually stopped hair fall.

My hair is really manageable now and it has a lot of body. It leaves some coarse texture on my hair but it's only lightly. The smell is horrible. Similar to strong metal. Funny that I've got it because some reviews says that smells great. Nooo.

I have tried several Hair Growth Shampoos and products with little or no success. Since using the Navi Pro Shampoo & Conditioner my hair has felt healthier and stronger.
