Good quality
Great shocks. Work perfect on my hbx 16889. I personally wish the springs were a little stiffer but that's because I send my RC 20ft+ in the air. Lol.

These fit perfect on Blackzon slyder M/T,bought 2 sets for both of our trucks,handle WAY better. Had 3 that need to be disassembled do to air in shock,but no big deal since changing to 40w anyway.

Friction shocks suck, and this upgrade drives home just how much. These oil-filled shocks are cheap, super easy to install, and TRANSFORMED the way our trucks handle and land jumps.Highly recommend!

They don't leak
Great shocks. They don't leak and have food rebound. They aren't expensive which made me buy more from the brand and I am not disappointed in this brand at all. So far they seem durable but time will tell.

Perfect right out of the bag
I've used these shocks on 2 of my 1/18 scale trucks and they've needed zero adjustments beyond a bit of adjustments on spring pressure, my 1/18 scale trucks have seen more air time than any of my bigger rigs, all flat landing, and these shocks just soak it up and keep going. 10/10 would recommend.

Not the same length. QC is lacking.
These are described as replacement shocks/dampers for the Haiboxing 16889. They do fit, however at full extension they are not as long as the friction shocks that came on the truck. See photo. Compressed length is the same. The truck will ride a little bit lower.The springs seem slightly stiffer than the OEM springs. There is still some sag in the suspension set-up (as there should be) but it is minimal.The biggest issue is Quality Control. I had to buy several packs until I got one that had four good shocks. Many were (I think) overfilled with oil and some seemed to have no damping at all. If you buy these, check them within the return window.Finally, as far as damping performance goes, these are a great improvement over the OEM friction dampers.
