I typically fish for salmon and this bag works perfectly for me. I like the ability to remove the carry strap and all the tie-down points so I can easily secure it anywhere on my boat and out of the way. The zip is as heavy a zip as I’ve seen and creates an air-tight seal to stop smells and mess from ending up in my truck.

Purchased for son based on reviews, ripped inside first trip out … just found out when we fished with him yesterday or I would have sent it back :( We’ve purchased cheap catch bags for years and considering what I paid for this, the others are HIGH quality.

Well, insulated love the flat bottom so it stands up straight. You could easily fit six big kings in this bag. Also bought very thick clear bags to put inside so I don’t have to clean every time.

I bought this bag back in January, but haven't used it until recently. When I received it, I was impressed by the build quality and materials. The fit and finish are by far the best I've seen among the fish bags I own, and I own quite a few. Unfortunately, where this bag fails is where it counts the most. The insulation is, for lack of a better word, terrible. As soon as I load it with ice, the external wall is cold to the touch and starts to 'sweat'. I've taken it out fishing with me twice and I've never had so much ice melt. I have a cheap $100 fish bag that is falling apart and has terrible build quality, but it has it where it counts the most. It insulates and keeps things cold. I now have a $379 fish bag I can't use. I've even considered slitting the walls of the bag and replacing the insulation material. I am extremely disappointed with this product.

One use with melted ice and the interior lining leaked. The water is not in between the inside cooler and the insulation beyond the blue interior lining and cannot be removed. Removing the water what not really help as it should not leak in the first place. All made with sturdy materials but for some reason leaks on the inside.

Awesome product, BUT make sure you order the right size. I ordered the LARGE when I should have ordered the MEDIUM.

OK the bags fairly decent. Definitely seems to be put together well. There are no stitching and all the seams are welded and the material definitely gives the impression of heavy duty. There are four carry handles and then some removable ones. They have straps that are sews to the little d-ring hooks. I feel like they missed an opportunity to make these straps go all the way around the bottom so when you’re carrying the bag the straps actually handle all of the weight and don’t transfer it into the attachment welds. This is pretty much standard procedure with really heavy bags you want the reinforced strap to go all the way around and I’m not sure why they didn’t do it that way. I never trust straps that are welders sewn onto the side of something. They basically took a five star bag and made it into a three star bag unnecessarily because it’s already all there. All they had to do was run the nylon around the bottom.The bag is gusseted and it stands upright on its own which is also really nice. They have a few loops that I guess you can slide the bag over on a railing or something.And man this thing is really gigantic. If you’re going to catch a fish that won’t fit in this thing then you are way better than me sir.Still the securing mechanism that I think brings the bag down. They were so close. But now the entire weight of the bag when you’re carrying it by the center handles is transferred to four small spots on the bag instead of having the loops go all the way around the bottom and supporting all of the weight with heavy duty nylon straps.I definitely do not understand this design choice.

Looks like it been made well, I just hope i get close to filling it next trip.
