Nice corkscrew for the price
This corkscrew is lightweight and easy to handle. It was purchased to replace another corkscrew that broke. Basically, to have this item working, Place the screw on the cork and turn it clockwise. Once, the wings of the corkscrew elevate above the bottle, remove your hand off the knob (cap opener) and place it on the wings. Press down on the wings, then the cork should start to lift from the bottle. So far, so good.

Something seems wrong
Sorry, not impressed. Looks and feels more like an item that sells at a store popular with 99¢ items. To be honest, had it not shown up at my door looking like it HAD been hanging in a store window for the past two years with multiple people grabbing it and pulling it out of its plastic and cardboard holder, I wouldn’t have paid as much attention.

Didn't arrive new
Great corkscrew, but when i opened package, it qas out of original package and scratched which means "used" I paid for "new". So, not to sure about seller. It did ship fast, its not broke, andd I will keep. Just should've received a discount for used item.

but this feels nice and sturdy
I was really impressed with the quality of this wine opener. Others that I have purchased in the past felt flimsy and ended up bending, but this feels nice and sturdy. The packaging was also nice and easy to get into. The last thing I ever want to do is have to cut these types of things out of their packaging...so annoying! I was very satisfied with the quality of this opener and it will definitely be my go-to!!

Not the best I have had before
I bought the more expensive one and I thought it would therefore be heavier than it is. Secondly when you first start to use it, the cork screw piece should be flush with where you put the top of the wine bottle, but instead this sticks out making it difficult to begin.

Great product and it's very easy to use. Winged corkscrews are the best option for people that don't really know how to open a wine bottle.
