Game changer
These inserts work a treat, had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for a few months, didn’t seem to be getting any better with stretching alone, read the other reviews on these and thought I’d try them. Have been using them for a few weeks now and they have really made a difference in conjunction with the stretching exercises. Highly recommend using these if you are suffering from plantar fasciitis

Good orthotics for foot pain.
Was given my first pair of these by NHS Podiatrist during an appointment I had regarding foot pain from an old plantar facitis injury sustained over 20 years ago and still have problems. These inserts are much better than others I have been using, the sides of these are more rigid and give more support than the ones I was wearing. They certainly help a lot.

The support I needed
I bought these on the recommendation of my physiotherapist as I have a Mortons Neuroma in my right foot. Initially the support felt quite uncomfortable but I have found it invaluable as I can now walk almost normally. I don't currently need support for my other foot so the left support is going to waste. What a shame that they are not also sold as single supports or in packs of two left or right, instead of one of each, for people who have a problem with only one foot.
