I’ve been using CGM Labs’ Probiotics 3 in 1 for a few weeks now, and I’m pleased with how much it’s improved my digestion. I’ve tried other probiotics before, but this one is different as it combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics, which I hadn’t seen in other supplements. Since starting it, I’ve noticed less bloating, more regular digestion, and an overall sense that my gut is more balanced. I feel lighter and more comfortable after meals, which has been a welcome change.What stands out to me is the packaging. Each capsule is individually sealed in nitrogen-purged blister packs, which keeps them fresh without refrigeration. This might sound minor, but it’s been super convenient for me, especially when I’m traveling or on a busy day, and I don’t want to worry about how I store them.On top of that, knowing it’s made in the USA gives me extra confidence in the quality and safety of what I’m putting in my body. I’ve tried many supplements that didn’t seem to make much of a difference, but this one has been a pleasant surprise. It’s now a regular part of my routine, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and easy-to-use supplement to support their digestive health.

These are not the best probiotics I’ve used. In fact, I still got bloated and was constipated frequently. As soon as I discontinued them, I no longer experienced constipation. If they had any positive benefits, it was not able to be felt.They have absolutely no flavor or smell and are easy to swallow. I did not experience any stomach upset or otherwise.I wish these would have worked for me, but they just didn’t.

I had to wait to see if this really worked, but it really did. I got recommended this product by a friend after talking about personal health. I think CGM sells an older version, but that one seems to work so I gave it a shot. I think the biggest thing that most people know probiotics for is aiding with digestive health, but it really is more than that. Since taking them, my general mood has been improved. I feel like I have more energy to take on project during the day. And my mood, especially given the recent rainy weather here, has been pretty stable compared to the usual season depression I get. And to top it all off, my bowel movements have become more "regular". I'd definitely recommend these to try out.

Maybe these aren't for me or I don't need them in a way that others people might. Overall my experience with these was that I would get constipated for awhile. I did read online that this was a common symptom. For this reason I stopped using it after 2 weeks. So I can't speak much on experience using it, but I do know it affected me in one way or another. I am sure this would be useful for others more in need.

I've struggled with digestive issues for a while, but CGMLabs' products have been a game-changer for me. Compared to other brands I've tried, these have delivered the most noticeable improvements. I'll definitely be restocking on these for my family as well and continuing to purchase them.

I have attached a photo of the missing side of the box that states to take with or without food. In my experience some Prebiotics instructions state to take before bed on an empty stomach, some state with food, som like these don't care. I don't know if it's based on science or formulation that different manufacturers state different requirements.These capsules are individually packaged in blister packages so I am assuming you can't get better in terms of making sure active bacteria gets inside your system. Coupled with the fact that it is made in the USA.My wife and I have been taking these for two weeks.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product.
