WESTLAKE Commercial Freezer 72"W 3 Door 3 Section Stainless Steel Reach-in Fan Cooling 54 Cu.ft Freezer for Restaurant, Bar, Shop, etc

Arrived much quicker than Amazon estimate. Delivered via truck so basically gets dropped at curb plan to have help if need to bring it in and set it up. Note delivery company can not assist. I had help on hand due to its final location. I was concerned about damage so anxious to inspect it. This thing was exceptionally well packaged and was in perfect condition. I had some questions prior to purchase and about its operation and contacted the company which provided outstanding support. The machine is way more solid than a typical residential unit and as an HVAC professional much easier to maintain or repair which was a big factor in the purchase. Things to consider. It is louder than a typical unit especially when both systems are running comparable to a typical dishwasher. Also although it has an interior light the internal finish is a metallic silver and doesn’t reflect the light the same as the white plastic typically found on refrigerators. The overall I would say Westlake deserves better than a 5 star review and would definitely purchase again.

I recently got a new fridge, and I wanted a big fridge so I don't have to keep going to the supermarket often. It's rock-solid, keeps everything fresh, has separate temperature controls, and offers ample storage space. This fridge is super sturdy, giving me confidence in its durability. The insulation keeps everything consistently cold, separation of the refrigerator and freezer is solid. It has separate controls for different compartments and can be used as both refrigerator and freezer.In a nutshell, this fridge is a winner, and I highly recommend it!

We are in year two it’s been a non issue. The seal on one of the doors is probably going to be replaced after a couple more months. It arrived beat to hell but I don’t think this was their fault the shipper damaged it and the service to come to an agreement on basically a scratch and dent refund was expected and they had no issue agreeing vs the alternative.

The freezer maintains the perfect temperatures for meats and vegetables, etc. 72 inch wide 3 doors are not easy to find. The seller kept his promise on all issues raised due to receiving the machine in a damaged condition. He is one seller that can be trusted 100% on his word. If I need further orders I will use him if at all possible.

Westlake personally returned my calls twice when I was researching this unit. It arrived pristine, quickly went to the set temperature and the panel face is well built. The unit is quiet and stainless inside and out. Price was very good and I would highly recommend.

I like the smooth exterior. I am impressed with the overall quality. Wish it had bins in the bottom but I bought some that work. I bought it for my home. It needs to be in a utility room with a door as the freezer is rather loud when it’s running.
