Roman 06764-15 watt 14" White Moravian Star Hanging Christmas Light

I bought three of these stars to be hung together on my front porch. Although it says that they can used outdoors I would suggest only in a covered sheltered place. The stars are very easy to put together but they just as easily fall apart. (The points kept coming off) The light bulbs only lasted for about 1 week and I had a very hard time finding replacement bulbs. So although I had high hopes for these stars, they disappoint.

The star looked different on the computer,but when it arrived it was all in pieces to be assembled. Cheap white plastic. Simple to assemble & ok for hanging on the front porch at night,but up close it looks cheap. I kept it because it will serve the purpose. I saw more expensive stars. They might have looked better,but like I said you get what you pay for. This price was ok

Bought it last year and used it as a hanging porch light with adjustments because the electric cord is not supposed to be used for hanging the star. Looks pretty good and takes about 15 -20 min. to assemble.

This is not awful...but not great. It looks nice at night in the porthole window in front of my house. It is plastic and easy to assemble.In the wrong space it could look cheap and tacky. Probably not worth $30 but I'll keep it.

Even though it looks good once assembled, it was very hard to get put together just right. It could have been made much simpler.

Star points are attached with small plastic clips. Other stars are available that use a twist lock to connect. It would have been better if the description told how the points are attached. I would rather have had the twist lock the one I got was OK.

Not really worth returning.....we bought four. One did not have enough plastic points. Missing about five pieces. The middle part was also not glued together well, so when you tried to twist in the pieces the middle two pieces separated and all the points that had been twisted in fell out. The other three worked perfectly in assembling...and they had enough pieces.

We get tons of compliments from neighbors and even strangers walking by who admire these lights hanging from a big tree outside of our house. Looks really nice. We've had a ton of wind this winter and it's Oregon so we get rained on constantly...they have not suffered any apparent damage from the elements. Really happy with these; a new addition to our holiday decorations.
