The above combo cushioned chair which i got from Rose Designer Chairs was awesome. Initially i got 1 chair delivered and later a period of 2 weeks upon the effort made by Komal i got the chair delivered. The sales Account manager was following up everyday and finally got it. The quality is too good and worth the money. It is comfort and easy to move, and can be used for dining/tea table. Awesome product.

Chair is very elegant looking and very comfortable. Hope its long lasting. The chair legs are sturdy but it could be better look wise.

It’s very well made, particularly for this price point. Easy to install for sure. And the rose pink color is absolutely fab.

I had ordered this chair for my dad as a birthday present. I was not prepared for the drama that was in store for me. The chair was supposed to be delivered around Oct 10th, 2023 and the shipment tracking was showing that the chair is waiting to be delivered from DTDC warehouse for more than 10days. Finally, I got a SMS on Oct 22nd that the chair will be delivered the same day. I was excited to receive the chair and surprise my dad. I received a call in the evening from DTDC that the chair has been delivered while I was out for shopping and also requested me to share OTP. I made a mistake of trusting out of excitement and shared my OTP. When I reached home, there was no parcel received and I had checked with my neighbors but with no luck. I immediately called DTDC guy and he kept telling me he will check and get back to me. My calls to DTDC were not picked from the next days.I raised my complaint with the seller Rose Design chairs. I knew the situation will be challenging to convince anybody when the delivery OTP is confirmed and systems show that delivery is completed. I am really thankful to Sammiksha (Customer support of Rose Design chairs) that she understood my problem is genuine. She raised the issue with DTDC but efforts to trace the parcel was in vain. She then agreed to send another chair through Delhivery. I received the chair on Nov 25th, 2023 and I am really happy that I was able to present it to my dad.1) Lesson learnt that I should not trust anybody and give OTP.2) People like Sammiksha make a world of difference in customer service. Thank you.Product feedbackI had my doubts on the sturdiness of the chair in the photo but the chair is really sturdy with good steel frame. The comfort is good with good cushioning and I would recommend this chair for office use, coffee table use or fire side chair.

The look , the feel everything is nice about this product, easy to install and amazing for a room or hall.

I have purchased 4 chairs of these, and had little paint quality issues with the product (will rate 3 star) but aftersales support was really good (additional 1 star), as they contacted me themselves for the issues with the chair and supported for satisfactory resolution.Chair is sturdy and looks good, you can consider buying it.
