I ordered a set of 4 chairs and even paid for delivery. I assembled one chair and the legs of the chair were not strong enough. I unassembled it and packed it straight away to avoid assembling the rest of the chairs. I asked for a refund but I was refused a refund. The box is HUGE and we can't even lift it. It's been in my mums room since the summer and I have no where to put it as we can't use chairs that are unsafe and non sturdy. I am extremely disappointed by this company's service and they have put me off from ordering any kind of furniture from amazon in the future.
