For absolute clarity: I ordered a 'Hand Orientation: Left' glove and received a glove that fits on the left hand to suit a right handed player. Hope that helps.

Is there a size guide as Small/medium/large differ with suppliers?

My medium fits the same as Calloway. Titleist and Nike gloves.
