The case is great you can but the thing to tighten the spikes in the case as well. It’s travel sized and they are SHARP!!

These absolutely do the job and last. The gold may wear off quick but they stay sharp. The tool that came with it I will say is ok, I used the original tool that came with the original nike shoes as those spikes were super worn out. For the price I definitely recommend, they fit really well on the shoe and are easy to remove and replace for new ones when needed.

I have purchased these more than once for my son who is a very competitive runner. I can confirm they weigh 0.45 grams each, which is less than half the weight of a typical steel 1/4 inch spike. Other reviewers noted that they are not nearly as durable as steel spikes, and while this is true, you should not be purchasing these for durability. The only reason to buy these is for the slight edge they give you in terms of sparing a couple grams of weight per shoe. You should purchase these with the expectation that they will wear down after each meet and you will need to swap them for new ones.
